The United States Mint’s Director Ventris Gibson celebrated the release of the Celia Cruz Quarter with an event at Lehman College in The Bronx. The Lehman College President Fernando Delgado, Whoopi Goldberg, The Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson and other noted officials spoke at the packed event in the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts.
